Job Descriptions：

1, 新項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)，報(bào)價(jià)，協(xié)助市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)部門(mén)贏得客戶(hù)。

New project develop, quote and assist Marketing department win the customer.

2, 項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中和客戶(hù)在技術(shù)層面溝通，協(xié)助客戶(hù)改善項(xiàng)目。

Communicate with customer in process of project development and assist customer improve the project.

3, 按要求進(jìn)行樣品制作安排，并讓客戶(hù)承認(rèn)樣板。

Build samples according to customer’s requirement and get sample approval from customer.

4, 分析項(xiàng)目的具體物料，合理控制成本，安排生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃協(xié)助物料部門(mén)購(gòu)買(mǎi)相關(guān)物料。

Analysis materials about project control the cost.

5, 協(xié)同工程部，質(zhì)檢部，生產(chǎn)部完成項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)前期準(zhǔn)備。并安排進(jìn)行小批量試產(chǎn)，及時(shí)分析處理生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中可能存在的問(wèn)題。

Preparing mass production with ME, QA, Production team as a team leader. Run pilot and solve the problem may happen in the mass production.

6, 批量生產(chǎn)開(kāi)始階段跟進(jìn)生產(chǎn)情況，保證按客戶(hù)要求日期送達(dá)貨物。

Follow up mass production when the new project beginning and make sure the schedule can meet customer’s requirement.





Job Requirements：

1、大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷；

College graduated or above.

2、具備3年以上線(xiàn)束行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

At least 3 years related PE experience in wire harness industry and have management capability and can solve problem

3、良好的英文讀、寫(xiě)能力；

Good command of English in reading and writing;

4、具有良好的溝通能力協(xié)調(diào)能力及執(zhí)行力；

Strong communication and coordination abilities, strong execution.

5、富有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神；

Excellent team player

6、能夠承受壓力。
